The tutoring costs vary based on the session you select, with different rates for each. We offer a range of options to accommodate any budget.

Parents will receive a comprehensive progress report at the end of each term, detailing their child's completed activities, areas of success, and any aspects requiring additional support. The report also includes suggestions for home-based assistance. If there are notable concerns during the term, we will promptly reach out to you. Additionally, we provide regular assessments and feedback.

Group sizes are carefully determined and overseen to optimize teaching effectiveness and may fluctuate based on students' proficiency levels. Within a single grade, there may be multiple groups with different classroom sizes.

No, the tutoring fee includes access to a diverse range of resources. Any additional purchase of materials from bookstores is entirely optional.

For most children, one session per week is recommended. However, if a child is facing challenges in school, it is advisable to consider two or three tutoring sessions per week to facilitate progress and bring the child up to the same level as their peers. Once the child reaches the expected proficiency, the engagement can be adjusted back to one session per week.
Ace tutorial provides convenient after-school, evening, and weekend sessions. If scheduling remains a challenge, feel free to discuss it with us, and we will collaborate to create a timetable that aligns with your needs.

We acknowledge that unexpected situations may arise, leading to the need to miss a session. To accommodate such instances, we have a 6-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this timeframe, we can arrange a make-up class for you, once per term. Nevertheless, we strive to be as accommodating and flexible as possible.

All tutors undergo the Working With Children check process.

Certainly, we do offer trial classes, recognizing the curiosity and the desire to experience our teaching firsthand. We believe that a trial class provides an invaluable opportunity for students to experience the teaching style, assess compatibility with their learning preferences, and make informed decisions about enrollment.
